Six coal producers that have evaded royalty payments for seven years may have to pay huge penalties. Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Purnomo Yusgiantoro said: The companies’ contracts with the government required the producers to pay 2 percent interest on outstanding royalty payments every month until all payments are settled.
