Coal Ministry suggests cancelling linkages for 2 NTPC projects

The Coal Ministry has suggested scrapping linkages for two of the projects of India’s leading power producer NTPC, saying the proposed units are unlikely to come up in the 11th Five Year Plan (2007-12).
