Toromont Industries Ltd.(TSX:TIH) reported that the company has completed the acquisition of all of the remaining trust units of Enerflex Systems Income Fund (TSX:EFX.UN) pursuant to its earlier announced “Tax Efficient Subsequent Acquisition”.
