Xstrata shuts Tahmoor coal mine from 8-14 feb
On Monday, Xstara Plc (XTA.L) reported that the company is shutting its Tahmoor coal mine in Australia between Feb 8 and Feb 14 due to a worker lockout.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The lockout was in response to continued strike actions by union workers at the mine.
